«I, Romantic…» Bright World Residential Complex

As part of the residential complex "Bright world" I am a Romantic... " built:

Sergei Oreshkin: ‘This is an example of an economy class building. There are no extra details on the facades, yet all the buildings in the complex are different thanks to the use of color and individual motifs for each building – loggias, ledges and staircase railings.’

The project employs a radial layout for the buildings, providing shelter from the wind from the Gulf of Finland. The complex is divided into two functional zones – residential and commercial. The commercial zone with its multifunctional complex is separated from the residential zone by a pedestrian alley. The residential area contains 13 buildings, from 6 to 20 storeys high.

Schools, kindergartens, sports areas and children’s playgrounds, as well as recreational areas for adults, and paths for rollerblading, skateboarding and cycling can be found in the courtyards of the complex. Underground parking lots are located underneath the residential buildings.
