Yaroslavl, Russia — 2013
The formation of the object is based on the use of concise geometric forms with rhythmic-metric division of facades with glazed planes, so that the building harmoniously fits into the environment, creating a modern architectural ensemble with the existing landscape of the Park green zone.
The hotel complex is a 12-13-storey building with a basement floor, rectangular in plan. The building has a two-story extension on the side of Pavlik Morozov street.
The vertical layout is based on the existing terrain conditions, taking into account the structural requirements for the building.
The hotel complex includes:
—in the basement – technical rooms, staff offices, utility rooms;
—on the 1st floor – entrance group rooms, restaurant, bar, production facilities of the restaurant;
—on the 2nd floor – rooms for public events for hotel guests;
—3 and 13 floors – technical, for placement and distribution of engineering communications;
—4-12 floors – room fund; each floor has 19 one-room rooms, staff quarters, utility rooms.
