Park Inn by Radisson Novosibirsk

The twelve-story building is in plan; two rectangles connected by a staircase-elevator hall. The built-in two-storey block on the 1st and 2nd floors is reserved for public premises. The layout of the complex is made taking into account the main points of perception of the building from the side of the trade and business zone, which harmoniously integrates it into the general urban environment. The facade solutions use composite materials typical of modern architecture in combination with stained glass curtain systems and glass of various decorative processing.

Carlson Rezidor, one of the largest and most dynamically developing hotel groups in the world, a leading international hotel operator in Russia, the CIS and the Baltic States, and Regional Hotel Chain LLC (RGS), one of the largest developers of hotels of international brands in Russia, opened this new mid-price hotel.
