A.Len Architectural Bureau has produced an architectural and urban-planning concept for the development of the territory at the address: Novosibirsk, Taiginskaya Ulitsa, and the territory adjacent to the lake.
The proposed landscaping concept follows every modern trend in creating a comfortable and eco-friendly environment for residents. The space of the residential complex will consist of urban-style city blocks and open linear "natural" planning elements. The classical city style envisions a closed courtyard with a convenient area for walking with children as well as many internal infrastructure objects. The scope of work on the project also includes improvement of the adjacent territory – the key task is to lay out a park with a descent to the waterline at the place where the waste dump of the reinforced concrete plant is currently located. Living next to a green park and an embankment, in an ecologically clean area, being able to jog around your own house in the morning and in the evening, and taking walks with children in fresh air every day is the dream of every city resident.
Residential buildings form the core of the project area; most buildings will be located along the perimeter of the site, and a pedestrian promenade will be arranged along its nucleus. Buildings will vary in height, from 8 floors of ordinary buildings and up to 16 floors in visually dominating towers. This will make the quarter look different in its different zones, and the courtyards will be filled with light.
The complex will include economy class and comfort class houses. Comfort class houses will be located along the boulevard. Gallery-type buildings are located on the territory adjacent to Promstalkonstruktsiya Plant.
The laconic solution of the facades combines natural tints and textures: light and dark plaster with clinker tiles in natural colors.
The nucleus of the project will be the central promenade boulevard with summer cafe verandas, playgrounds for children of different ages, sports grounds with a large selection of modern equipment, a workout area and an area for group training, and a network of bike paths connecting the courtyards with the park.
Own infrastructure of the facility will help residents meet all their basic everyday needs. Level one will house street retail outlets – cafes and bakeries, stores, banks and drugstores, kindergartens for 100 and 65 children, service enterprises, coworking spaces, and other useful services.
The private space inside the courtyards will be quiet, with no cars or outsiders. Only specialized automobile transport will be allowed to access the courtyards. The use of original materials such as wooden deck boards, granite paving stones and gravel, as well as concrete and granite paving and large-scale landscaping, will help create a very natural, yet quite special style for the property.
