The Architectural bureau A.Len is the author of the project for a 168-rooms hotel in Balashikha, Moscow region. The hotel complex implies the presence of rooms, several restaurants, conference areas on the 1st and 2nd floors, its own kitchen, laundry, utility, technical and administrative premises.
The design code of the facade is a combination of several motives. For example, a typical architectural technique for hotels was used - extended horizontals in the form of a long glazed front with a clear emphasis on the first floor. It is complemented by a rigid structural mesh consisting of ceilings and vertical pylons separating the balconies. The three-part composition creates a picturesque and plastic drawing of the facade. There are only 6 floors in the hotel, each floor is made in the form of a stepped cascade. The first floor is higher than the others, it contains enlarged openings of the premises.
