Invest Hotel IN2IT

The project of the IN2IT Investment Hotel was developed by the A. Len Architectural Bureau, the first stage was commissioned in July 2021, the developer PLG plans to commission the second stage in the 4th quarter of 2022.

The projected buildings of the hotel are linear buildings at the intersection of Vitebsky and Dunaysky avenues. The object forms a single architectural ensemble with the existing surrounding buildings.
All lobby and reception groups are located on the courtyard side of the hotel. Entrances and lobbies of the hotel are isolated from the entrances to public premises.

On the first and second floors: restaurants and cafes, a business center, a coworking space, a lecture hall for master classes, a mini-cinema for presentations and multimedia events, a center for general medical practice for the adult population.

In the underground floor, under the hotel building, there is a one-level parking lot. The project includes bicycle parking and parking for disabled vehicles.
The investment hotel provides a hotel service: room cleaning and bed linen change, purchase and delivery of groceries, laundry services.

IN2IT offers studios from 22 to 28 sq.m. and rooms with one or two bedrooms with an area of ​​34-58 sq.m, as well as duplex suites from 53 to 114 sq.m. Rooms are rented with a full fine finish. You residents and investors have the opportunity to purchase a complete package of furniture, household appliances and textiles - the room will be fully ready to generate income.
