The Residential Building at 39 Prospect Mira in Ekaterinburg is another project for the Pervostroitel developer, earlier A.Len developed the project for the Prospekt Mira compound, which is located on a neighboring site and is under active construction.
The project consists of a Residential Building and a kindergarten for 150 children. The house consists of two different-sized and contrasting towers of 10 and 20 floors. A city where works of Russian wooden architecture coexist with modern skyscrapers. So the concept of volumetric and facade solutions is based on the principle of contrast of some characteristics and similarity of others.
The towers of the house are different in size, proportions and height, made in a contrasting color scheme, but have a single facade structure, united by a lobby on the ground floor.
Morphology and visual images are connected with the project of the compound and house 39 is the final chord of the architectural ensemble.
