«Lake House» Residential Complex

S.Oreshkin: “We have designed several module-blocks. Each block is a separate sculpture that repeats numerous times. As a result we created sophisticated intertwist structure which looks like Rubik’s cube.

The residential complex is the seven-sections perimetral building with the inner square-yard and includes four inhabited floors and also underground floor with the parking lot, and the technical one with engineering communications. Office premises are located on the first floor from Viborgskoe highway side. The complex is formed by the cubic volumes creating difficult geometrical drawing on facades with a continuous and angular glazing: vertical and horizontal strips of light and dark shades. The complex side glazing is also the facades’ distinguishing feature.
