«Senate» Residential Сomplex is located in St. Petersburg, at 76 Kubinskaya st., near «Moskovskaya» Metro Station. A. Len Architectural Bureau performs a full range of design works for this project, including general design, scheme design and detailed design documentation, as well as interior and landscape design.
The architectural solution of the facades refers to the St. Petersburg «brick style». The style came from industrial and public architecture at the end of the XIX century and includes Loft elements.
Each house of the residential complex is different in colors. The color palette ranges from red brick to ochre and gray and forms a variety within the unity. The texture of the exterior is emphasized by decorative night lights.
In contrast with the strict facades, interiors are decorated in a more refined style. Italian marble with wood and metal elements are used here.
The project has an attractive height for its class — only 10-12 floors. There is a lot of light in the rooms. On the upper floors there are High Flat apartments with three-meter ceilings, spacious loggias and enlarged windows. Each apartment has panoramic windows.
The complex is united by a pedestrian boulevard. You can ride a bicycle or roller skates along a one-kilometer-long track. The interior space is a green oasis.
The complex has a kindergarten and a school with swimming pools. Children can play and learn on playgrounds made of natural materials. The complex has its own ice rink. In summer, the rink turns into a football field.
Residents enjoy the privileges of business and premium class houses: a central entrance group with reception, lounge areas and a fireplace. There is a cozy lobby with original furniture and decoration in every building.
