Two-section 7-8-storey building is on the platform of a closed parking lot. Part of the projected building, starting from the 4th floor, is terraced with ledges, what is caused by the conditions of compliance with lighting and insolation of existing residential buildings. To give the building an architectural expression the terracing is carried out in a cascade, with a repeating rhythm. The compositional structure and proportions of the building are resolved in the original motives of modern architecture.
